On Wednesday, 23 July at 3 pm CEST / 9 am EDT, the International Court of Justice will deliver its much-anticipated ruling on States’ obligations in relation to climate change, live from the Peace Palace in The Hague.

World Court to Issue Climate Justice Advisory Opinion on 23 July!

The International Court of Justice, the world's highest court, will issue its advisory opinion on States' obligations regarding climate change on 23 July in The Hague, the Netherlands.

The ICJ will live stream the advisory opinion delivery, meaning you and everyone else can watch simultaneously Judge Iwasawa Yuji, President of the Court, will read out the advisory opinion!
